While you are watching TV, just press "pause" if you have to answer the phone, doorbell, run to the stove, … etc. When you are ready to resume, just press "play" and the program you were watching continues right from the spot where you had paused it, so you miss nothing. Then when you get to a commercial, just fast-forward it. You can even add an external USB HDD to increase storage space.

With just a click, you can scroll down the program guide and see “what’s on”, making it easy to pre-schedule the recording of your favorite show.

Want more? Simply add an external hard drive with USB interface, to add more recording space. The brite-View HD DVR supports up to 2TB external hard drive capacity. You will not have to worry about losing the show when you remove the external hard drive from the brite-View HD DVR. You can plug in the hard drive to your computer and watch it.

Easy Firmware Update

To update firmware, users simply opt for the USB firmware update. The firmware will be made available for download on brite-View’s website.
