The Air HD (BV-2500) Video Wireless Kit is comprised of a transmitter (BV-2500T) and a receiver (BV-2500R). It wirelessly streams uncompressed High-Definition videos from any HD video source device to your HDTV (or projector), placed anywhere in the house.
Have your Blu-ray player, set-top box, game console, DVR and AV receiver run into the Air HD (BV-2500) HDMI transmitter, and have the HDTV equipped with a matching BV-2500R receiver. This allows you to have all of your AV sources in a separate room from the actual display. In other words, you can now keep boxy home theater components out of sight, and keep your guests guessing: Where is everything else besides the TV?
High Definition is in the Air
The built-in Omni-directional Antenna System enables wide-range HD video transmission (max. 70 feet line of sight). It offers wireless whole-home connectivity with the quality equivalent of an HDMI wired connection. The High-definition video transmission even goes through walls, and there is virtually no latency (less than one millisecond). With the "No-Latency" feature, users can play High-Definition video games using the wireless link, and experience no fuzziness or stuttering. BV-2500 supports HD: full 1080i, and 1080p at frame rates of 25 and 30.
Auto Set-Up: Plug & Play
Operating on the NON-DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection) by using the automated frequency selection feature, the Air HD (BV-2500) system will change the frequency it operates on if it detects interference from another RF (Radio Frequency) system. In other words, the Air HD (BV-2500) will adjust its frequency settings between 4.9 GHz ~ 5.9 GHz automatically for the best video transmission performance.

Let’s say you have two HDTVs, one in the living room and the other in your bedroom. You may think that you’ll need to buy two BV-5003s, two Blu-ray players or two game consoles in order to watch High-Definition movies or play video games in each room. But do you really need to invest in two sets of AV equipment?
The answer is…“No”!
The Air HD works with both HDMI and analog outputs. Plug all of your AV equipment into the Air HDT (the transmitter) and attach the IR blaster (Infrared blaster) that comes with the Air HD to these pieces of equipment. Take the Air HDR (the receiver) to your bedroom (even if it’s on the second floor!) and hook up the Air HDR and the IR receiver (Infrared receiver) to your display in the bedroom. Don’t forget to bring the universal remote control upstairs!
