• US Domestic Orders
1. Usually dispatched within 2-3 days after orders are placed, and are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.

• Canadian / Brazilian Orders
1. Shipping method USPS Priority Mail International with Tracking Number Provided.
2. USPS estimates that such delivery usually takes 6-10 days after the item is shipped, depending on the custom declaration process which is not controlled by USPS or ZINNET.
3. Defective units can only be returned for a refund, eachanges are not available.

Return / Refund Policies

• Regarding the “free shipping” offer:
  1. It’s only available to those who place and complete orders on www.brite-view.com
  2. It’s for shipping addresses within the Continental US only and orders are shipped by standard shipping.
• Return / Refund Policy:
  1. Any unopened items in the original condition returned within the 30-day period within delivery can get a full refund.
  2. Any unopened items in the original condition returned after the 30-day period within delivery can only result in 95% of the refund on the original promotional price.
  3. After the 30-day period within delivery, any item that is opened, not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to ZINNET: refund up to 80% of item's promotional price.
  4. The expected shipping date will depend on the availability of the product and is subject to change. Further notice will be sent out in the form of an email.
  5. Please allow up to 5 business days to process returns and refund. We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  6. IMPORTANT: when returning the” CinemaTube + Dedicated USB WiFi Dongle” bundle: both items need to be returned for packaging and tracking purpose. We will not be able to process your return if only one of these 2 items is returned.
